1. How do I purchase Casino chips?
As a Real player, there are several methods you
can use to purchase credits for your real account.
2. Are my credit card's purchases secure?
Your credit card details are protected with a State of
the Art Secure connection, using Microsoft's SSL4 protocol
with 128 Bit encryption 3. How long does it
take to purchase credits?
Once you have registered your credit card you will be able to purchase credits.
Click on the Purchase button in the Casino Software. This will bring up the Banking
section. Select Credit Card and the amount that you wish to purchase. The request
is then processed and when approved will be displayed in the credits screen at
the bottom of the Casino Software. This usually takes about 2-3 minutes. You are
now ready to play at GRAND CASINO VENICE!
4. How will the purchase reflect on my Bank statement?
On your Bank Statement every purchase will go through
under one of the following name:

5. Why are some of my credit card purchases are
being rejected?
Because some financial institutions have denied their
cardholders the opportunity to make purchases for online
gaming transactions. However, you can always use one of
the alternative and very secure methods for purchasing
your casino credits. Please refer to our Banking
section for alternatives payment methods. 6.
How can I cash-in my winnings?
There are several ways in which you may withdraw money
from your real account. See our Cash-In
page. 7. Can I return a previous Cash-In back
to the game?
Every player can reverse a Cash-In back to the game as
long as it's made within 24 hours from the original cash-in
request. Please note that you are only able to reverse
cash-in amounts that correspond to your cash-in requests.
If you have made a Cash-In that you would like to reverse,
go to "Banking" and press "Reverse Cash-In".
8. Can I check my Transactions History?
Yes. Playcheck and Ecash allow you to follow any transaction
you have made on our Casino. Please refer to the Statements
section for further information.
