Making a withdrawal at COLOSSEUM CASINO is as simple as visiting the banking section of the casino software and clicking the withdrawal button.

Our newly added withdrawal section allows you to request your winnings in the fastest and most secure way directly from the banking section of the Casino software.

You will be able to choose your favorite refund option from our available methods:

if you are not holder of any of the previous accounts, we will send you a COMPANY CHECK to your home address. Please note that the minimum amount that can be withdrawn is $/€/£/C$20. For obvious security reasons, we do not send checks for amounts above $/€/£/C$5000. You can set any of these options as your default, if you wish, and have all your withdrawals processed in this way, when possible.

After requesting a withdrawal, it will remain pending in your casino account for 24 hours. During this time you have the option to reverse the cash-in and continue playing. After 24 hours, your cash-in will be duly processed.

If you don’t request any particular refund method, our default procedure is as follows (in order of priority):
- Withdrawals equal or bigger than $/€/£/C$5000 will be processed by wire transfer.
- If there are no above withdrawals in your account, we will process your winnings according to the most recent depositing method used in your Casino account.
- As last option, your winnings will be processed by check sent with normal mail to the address registered on the Casino account.

The Casino will always try to pay your winnings in the requested way, but it reserves the right to offer other refunds methods when a certain withdrawal method is not available for any reason. In such cases, you will be advised and will need to choose an alternative method.

Please note that it is not possible to refund purchases to credit cards, therefore this withdrawal option is not available.
